Who we are
ISGURU is a software engineering studio. We work with organisations that need senior engineering judgment — not just execution — on their hardest infrastructure and platform challenges.
Our story
We started with deep enterprise infrastructure — data centres, SAN storage, legacy UNIX systems, and the kinds of middleware stacks that keep large organisations running. Over time, we built equally deep expertise in cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, GitOps, and modern security engineering.
That combination is rare. Most boutique engineering studios are cloud-native first and cannot operate comfortably at the infrastructure layer. We can do both, and we know exactly how to bridge the two — which is where the most valuable engineering work happens.
We work as a focused partner rather than a large consultancy. You get experienced engineers, direct communication, and decisions made by people who understand the technical and business context.
Our approach
We start by understanding the system as it exists, not as it should exist on paper. We read the runbooks, review the architecture, and understand the constraints before proposing changes. This is how we avoid the common failure mode of recommending a technically correct solution that the organisation cannot operate.
We prefer open standards, minimal dependencies, and systems that can be understood by a senior engineer who was not involved in building them. Every engagement produces documentation and knowledge transfer — not a dependency on us.
